Опис вакансії

The Solo Appliance Repair company is engaged in the repair of household appliances, operates in the United States, in connection with the expansion, we are hiring a DISPATCHER.

Work remotely from home.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am (2 pm to 11 pm US time).

Requirements:

English level: upper-intermediate or higher;
Confident user of Google Sheets;
Ability to use Google Maps;
Availability of permanent Internet;
Excellent problem solving abilities;
Professional negotiation skills;
Strong self-government.

Responsibilities:

Receiving orders and transferring them to the technician;
Negotiating for each order;
Daily communication with technicians;
Order fulfillment control;
Other duties as required by the business or as assigned.
