Sales VIP manager

An international-level IT company providing online information services (iGaming). Requirements:

• English proficiency at level C1 or B2;
• Clear and confident speaking voice with good diction;
• Ability to communicate information concisely during calls;
• Understanding of dialogue structure and identifying key information in conversations;
• Empathy and ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes;
• Stress resilience;
• Team player with strong communication skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze information;
• Motivation to grow and improve performance;
• Previous experience in support or sales via phone calls.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting customers via inbound (warm) calls;
• Providing information, collecting details, and creating service requests based on calls;
• Handling objections effectively;
• Keeping product knowledge up to date;
• Enhancing customer loyalty through high-quality support;
• Following workflow regulations and established procedures;
• Working with CRM and ticket systems.

We offer:

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 08:00—17:00;
• Salary: from 40,000 UAH/month during training period, average 80,000 UAH/month after (plus bonuses based on quality metrics);
• After approx. 6 months in-office, possibility to switch to remote format;
