    Опис вакансії

    Schedule: 16:00 — 01:00 (Ukrainian Time) Location: Remote (Ukrainian citizens are preferred)

    Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Medical Billing Receptionist / Customer Support Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication between patients and providers, supporting both billing and scheduling processes. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient care and satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming patient calls promptly, professionally, and with empathy.

    • Assist patients with billing inquiries, including explanations of charges, payments, balances, and insurance-related questions.

    • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on patient needs.

    • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and video links for telehealth sessions.

    • Act as a patient coordinator, assisting providers with managing their daily schedules and appointments.

    • Address patient requests and coordinate with internal departments to resolve any issues efficiently.

    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information in electronic health records (EHR).

    • Provide clear, friendly, and supportive communication while addressing patient concerns or questions.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian is a strong advantage.

    • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, medical billing, or healthcare administration is preferred but not required.

    • Ability to work the specified schedule (16:00 — 01:00 Ukrainian Time).

    • Confident computer user with the ability to learn new software quickly (scheduling systems, EHR platforms, etc.).

    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

    • Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.
