Marketing Assistant

We design supply chains and deliver patient and logistics services that contribute to medical research.

We have an exciting new role for the appointment of a Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities

Primary Focus: Events Coordination

• Coordinate and organise all aspects of marketing events, including venue booking, logistics, material preparation, and liaising with suppliers.
• Ensure all event assets (banners, brochures, giveaways, etc.) are prepared, delivered, and set up on time.
• Support pre- and post-event activities, such as attendee communications, lead follow-up, and event reporting.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence at events.

Additional Marketing Support

• Assist with email marketing automation and the preparation of mailshots and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to support the creation of marketing materials for both digital and print.
• Help implement the social media strategy, including scheduling posts and tracking performance.
• Edit and support internal webinars and podcasts for promotional use.
• Maintain a well-organised media library of images and videos across all Oximio locations.
• Support larger projects by helping to prepare project plans with the Head of Marketing, including timelines and task allocation.
• Update and track project tasks using the company’s project management software.
• Understand and apply Oximio’s brand guidelines and tone across all materials.
• Assist in monitoring progress against KPIs and preparing basic reports.

Desirable, but not essential:

• At least 2 years marketing experience
• Qulification: Marketing, Bussiness
• Excellent writing skills
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Experience with maintaining CMS
• Working with Marketing & Design teams and adhering to a defined brand and content standards and guidelines
• Video creation and editing tools
• Experience with AI tools
• IT literate with the ability to quickly master software
• Experience in using social media channels
• Previous email marketing experience ideally with Mailchimp
• Familiarity with Webex or Click Meeting
