Customer service representative

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls from patients/doctors: answering questions, providing necessary information, and assisting in resolving patient problems.
• Database management: using computer programmes to search and update information in the database.
• Call routing: collaborating with other departments in the company to resolve customer issues.
• Collecting and analysing customer feedback to improve customer service and suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at C1-C2 level (SPANISH, CHINESE are important)
• DESKTOP for work
• WORK EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED (BUT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE) + WE WILL PAY FOR YOUR TRAINING
• Availability of a permanent internet connection.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), politeness and tactfulness.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of PC / Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and handle complaints.
