Graphic Designer (Remote, Project-Based)

We’ve delivered 300+ projects for clients ranging from emerging startups to names featured in Forbes, mostly in the US market, and now we’re expanding our project-based design team.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience who:
• Knows how to create marketing materials, branding assets, and social media visuals
• Has a strong grip on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Thinks in systems, not just standalone visuals
• Can switch styles, follow briefs, and hit deadlines without hand-holding
• Understands the business side of design—and wants to get better at it

Must have:

• A solid portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or similar)
• Attention to detail, clear communication, and ownership over your work
• English at Intermediate level or higher
• Bonus points if you have:
• Experience with motion design or animation tools like After Effects
• Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Firefly

What You’ll Do:

• You’ll take on a variety of design tasks across industries—branding decks, pitch materials, social assets, packaging concepts, and more.
• You’ll work with our sales team, PMs, and other creatives to bring ideas to life
• You’ll create polished, purpose-driven visuals that are client-ready from the start
• You’ll follow clear internal procedures for estimates, delivery, and feedback
• You’ll be added to our Design Hub—a space where the work flows and creatives thrive
