Summary

• We are seeking a Box Trucks Dispatcher expedited division to join our dynamic team at V Line Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of our fleet, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing routes to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Book box truck loads using various load boards such as DAT, Sylectus, etc.
• Coordinate daily dispatch operations for the fleet to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes.
• Monitor freight movement by utilizing transportation management system to resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless shipping and receiving processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dispatching or fleet management within the trucking industry.
• 1−2+ years of experience in sales and/or box truck dispatching.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics operations.
• Knowledge utilizing transportation management systems.
• Familiarity with load boards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Spoken & written English and Ukrainian no lower than В2.

• Mon-Fr 7:00 am — 4:00 pm EST (can be flexible)
