Journalist

Schedule: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week (after 5 PM Kyiv time)

Compensation:

• • $300/month (first month, trial period)
• • $400/month from the second month

We are looking for a highly attentive, English-proficient assistant to support the publication of our academic research in international peer-reviewed journals.

🔍Responsibilities:

• • Adapt our academic manuscripts to meet submission guidelines of selected journals.
• • Use Grok (AI language model) to revise, improve, and prepare academic texts and formal cover letters to editors.
• • Format manuscripts according to journal requirements (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).
• • Prepare professional submission packages including:
• • Cover letters
• • Peer review suggestions
• • Required forms and declarations
• • Search for new relevant international journals for publication opportunities based on the topic.
• • Analyze and follow journal submission guidelines in detail — only 1−2 submission attempts are available per paper so precision is key.
• • Ensure excellent formatting, structure, and academic tone across all submissions.
• • Write professional and formal email communications with editors and journal offices.
• • Maintain daily progress reports on task status and upcoming deadlines.

✅Requirements:

• • Experience in the academic publishing field (preferred).
• • Strong knowledge of academic standards manuscript formatting, and submission protocols.
• • Proficiency in formal English writing.
• • Strong command of Grok (or similar AI tools) for text processing and polishing.
• • Excellent attention to detail, high level of responsibility.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Word document formatting, and academic structuring.
• • Ability to work remotely independently, and deliver results under deadlines.
• • Availability to work 4 hours daily after 5 PM Kyiv time.
