Personal Assistant (E-commerce)

We are a US-based brand of high-quality personal care products. We are seeking a talented assistant for the Brand Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, specializing in e-commerce with a focus on Amazon and other Marketplaces (Walmart, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Shein, TikTok Shop…etc) This is a dynamic position ideal for a multitasker who’s not afraid of learning new things, can handle a variety of tasks, and is ready to grow together with the brand. If you’re responsible, pay attention to the little things that matter, and care about the quality of your work — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support — communicate, making sure every customer feels valued and understood
• Copywriting — create well-structured content that naturally includes keywords
• Content Review — check completed tasks from designers and SMM, and provide feedback
• Work with Creators — friendly communication with creators, and ensure their content aligns with brand goals
• Data Analysis — analyze information, work with Google Sheets, and organize data in a structured way

Requirements:

• English level B2 or higher
• Attention to detail
• Responsible and organized
• Strong writing skills
• Open to learning new tools and tasks
• Comfortable with multitasking
• Available 9 PM — 12 AM Kyiv time (Mon-Fri)
• Ready for long-term cooperation
