We are looking for a Support/Community Manager for long-term employment.

It is a remote position.

Requirements:

Practical or commercial experience in Crypto/Web3/Blockchain;
High organizational and communication skills;
Experience working with clients and solving their problems;
Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve the community;
Willingness to develop and learn new things;
Flexibility.

Responsibilities:

Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner,
Manage social media chats of the community,
Stay up-to-date with crypto market technology trends.
