Senior specialist in the hotel reservation department

Duties:

• Planning a package tour, preparation and execution of the proposal in the file;
• Booking hotels for business trips, private trips, leisure around the world;
• Knowledge of reservation systems;

• Turnkey organization of tours, booking of restaurants, transfers, guides, tickets for any matches/concerts and much more;

• Conducting telephone negotiations and correspondence with suppliers, including foreign hotels, transfer companies, restaurants, guides, etc.

• Attracting new partners.

Requirements:

• Work experience of 5 years or more in the tourism sector (resumes without work experience will not be considered);

• Work experience with VIP segment;

• Mandatory knowledge of suppliers and hotel reservation systems;

• Knowledge of tourist destinations, tourist package;

• Knowledge of the English language is mandatory.

Conditions:

• Continuous training in the field of tourism, service, service and sales skills, referral to improving knowledge and skills in tourism;

• Work in the office from Mon to Fri from 10:00 to 19:00 or from 09:00 to 18:00; or remotely on Sat / Sun;

• 2 days on duty within a week;
