Senior UI/UX designer

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our development team and product managers to create and implement innovative Ul/UX designs to enhance user satisfaction;
• Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to guide design decisions and improve the overall experience;
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and functional user interfaces;

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, actively applying new insights to our product design approach;

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design work, preferably in software development;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, etc.;
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders;

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to iterate based on user feedback and data insights;

• Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for creating innovative product experiences that drive user engagement and satisfaction;
