Вимоги:

Responsibilities:

Assist the Regional Manager in overseeing day-to-day housing operations.
Coordinate with local teams to ensure smooth property management and tenant satisfaction.
Respond to inquiries from tenants, prospective clients, and stakeholders via email, phone, or virtual meetings.
Maintain and update databases, reports, and documents related to housing operations.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support occupancy and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles (housing or hospitality experience preferred).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other similar tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Customer-service mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
