Trucking company dispatcher assistant (tracker)

CTS Express Inc. is a company that has been operating on the US transportation market for 16 years. We’re expanding, and we need another person to join our team. We are ready to consider candidates without work experience.

You will start on tracker position with a real opportunity to advance to a dispatcher position.

The main thing is your desire to learn, grow, and become a specialist in the field of freight transportation in the U.S. market. We will provide all the necessary knowledge and support to help you succeed in this new positon.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English B2 or better);
• Ability to multi task;
• Mathematical way of thinking;
• Well organized;
• Attention to detail;
• Team player;
• Positive attitude;
• Highly self-motivated;

Responsibilities:

• Track all assigned loads to ensure on-time pick- ups and deliveries;
• Communicate load status and updates to customers;
• Develop and maintain relationships with drivers and customers;
• Maintain accurate records to include time/date stamps, seal numbers and any specific customer notes;
• Collecting all the paperwork after pick-ups and deliveries (BOL's, POD’s);
• Working with company database;

• Stable paid salary 45 000 — 65 000 UAH;
