Operations Support Manager

Our client is an international company providing transport logistics services in the U.S. They operate according to Western standards, prioritize stability and sustainability, and follow a clear principle: leadership roles are filled from within the team, not through outside hires. They’re looking for like-minded individuals who share these values.

Your Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all stages of cargo delivery

• Daily communication with U.S.-based brokers and drivers (by phone, in English)

• Providing timely feedback to clients

• Solving logistics-related challenges with creativity and composure — even under pressure

• Managing emails and responding promptly to requests

• Working with the CRM system and ensuring proper documentation flow

What We Expect from You:

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

• Analytical thinking and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset

• Strong sense of responsibility and motivation to improve results

• Eagerness to grow professionally and develop within the company
