    About Us: We are an IoT product development company specializing in software solutions across the USA and Canada. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handling Incoming Requests — Respond efficiently to customer support inquiries.
    • Client Communication — Engage in calls with clients, addressing their concerns and providing necessary assistance.
    • Service Cancellations — Process and manage requests related to service cancellations.
    • Ongoing Support Tasks — Perform various customer support duties as required.

    Requirements:

    • Experience — Minimum of 1 year in customer support roles.
    • Language Skills — Good proficiency in English (spoken and written).
    • Availability — Must be available for night shifts.

    Compensation & Conditions:

    • Hourly Pay:
      • $3.5 per hour for the first 3 months.
      • $4 per hour after 3 months.
    • Remote Work — Work from the comfort of your home.
    • Work Schedule:
      • 22:00 — 08:00 (Kyiv time)
      • 24:00 — 10:00 (Kyiv time)
