We’re searching for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication skills, and experience in the construction industry.

We are looking for a Manager who has:

• Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and handle risks, budgets, and conflicts;
• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Construction Manager;
• Deep understanding of building systems and industry standards;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client relationship experience;
• Experience planning and executing projects, including scheduling and log maintenance;
• Understanding of BIM fundamentals and methodology;
• Fluent English (B2 or higher);

• Knowledge of Revit would be a plus.

What you’ll be working on:

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships;
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges;
• Project planning and execution, adhering to company standards;
• Leading the internal production team;
• Comprehensive project budget management and invoicing;
• Risk management and problem-solving.
