Senior Legal Consultant, Antitrust

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a range of regulatory, antitrust and investment matters, including unfair competition, abuse of dominance, analysis of distribution agreements and policies
• Drafting merger control and concerted practices filings, transaction and other related documents, memoranda, legal opinions, etc.
• Drafting and reviewing various legal documents for compliance with competition laws
• Legal research on various topics
• Participating in due diligence, external negotiations, client meetings, communication with government authorities (including communication during raids and inspections)

Requirements:

• 2−4 years of experience in a leading law firm and/or a Big 4 firm is a must
• Expertise in antitrust
• Fluent Ukrainian, confident spoken and written English
• Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence, legal memoranda, transactional documents and fluently communicate orally in English and Ukrainian
• Responsible, goal-oriented, ambitious and ready to work hard
• Demonstrating drive and resilience
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Team player
