Опис вакансії

We are a multicultural team looking for a Personal Assistant of Chief Executive Officer!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO
  • Schedule and arrange meetings/ conference calls
  • Manage the employer’s calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Monitor all CEO’s incoming emails and direct them appropriately
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations
  • Reserve venues for the meetings
  • Make travel arrangements and reports
  • Perform as a liaison between the employer and employees from all the departments
  • Prepare facilities for scheduled events
  • Order and receive office equipment
  • Run various business errands

Main Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Fluent English is a must Oral / Written / Spoken
  • Knowledge of Portuguese will be a big plus Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential/private information
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong social skills
  • Sense of humor
  • Proven experience working as a personal assistant is an advantage
