Logistics, Supply chain manager

We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce company specializing mainly in health and personal care products. With over 10 years of experience in the USA and European markets, we have successfully developed multiple brands and continue expanding. Currently, our team consists of 14 full-time and 5 part-time professionals, and we are excited to welcome new members to help drive our success further.

Now, we are looking for a Logistics Manager and we need you with your highest level of dedication to pushing company goals forward. Our number one goal is to amaze customers delivering the best experiences. Your main task will be to control the supply chain and logistics as well as sourcing new products.

What we expect from our candidate:

• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level (position involves written and spoken communication)
• At least 1 year of background in logistics and supply chain management.
• Experience in e-commerce or Amazon logistics is required.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Able to work with a time tracker.

What will you do?

• Create and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle communication with suppliers, warehouses, and carriers.
• Forecast inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies.
• Place purchase orders and ensure accurate processing.
• Monitor and control reconciliation processes.
• Source and identify new vendors to expand supply chain options.
• Optimize shipping methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Analyze logistics data to improve processes and resolve operational issues.
