Middle QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the release and QA activities planning

• Mentor & guide the QA team members.

• Design, develop, maintain and improve test cases and test plans according to the specified requirements

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests

• Report test results and defects;

• Analyse and troubleshoot issues in the software;

• Automation run results review

Requirements:

• English level B2 or above

• Deep understanding of testing APIs and front-end GUI for backend systems

• Understanding of Swagger and its usages

• Working independently with a JIRA project, tracking tasks and bugs through the SDLC to successful completion and offering visibility to leadership on the current status of a project

• Working independently with TestRail and converting business requirements and underlying technical logic into test cases to provide appropriate coverage of a feature

• Deep understanding of multiple back-end systems within the technology stack and how they interact with one another

• Understanding of Agile methodologies

• ADB/iTools or similar debug tools knowledge

• Charles/Fiddler or similar proxy tools knowledge.

• Basic knowledge of building distribution tools (Applivery, HockeyApp, Testflight, etc.)

• Understand how the backend system works and applies in day to day activities.

Experience:

• Appropriate IT-related degree or relevant experience

• 1+ years of relevant experience
