Are you a skilled software tester looking to make an impact in quality assurance and software reliability? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Software Test Engineer. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute manual test scenarios to assess software functionality and reliability.
• Collaborate with various teams to comprehend project needs and craft comprehensive test strategies.
• Identify and report software defects and work closely with developers to resolve them.
• Review test outcomes and provide feedback for product enhancement.
• Facilitate continuous testing and deployment to streamline the release process.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best testing practices.
• Engage in requirement reviews to proactively identify potential risks.
• Draft and manage test documentation, including test cases and bug reports.
• Conduct regression tests to validate bug fixes without introducing new issues.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining automated tests utilizing Cypress & Postman.

Main tasks:

• Conduct manual testing on software applications to detect defects and anomalies.
• Develop, update, and execute test cases aligned with project requirements.
• Log and monitor bugs to ensure appropriate resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to uphold quality benchmarks.
• Execute regression tests to confirm resolution of previous issues and absence of new ones.
• Test software compatibility across various browsers and devices.
• Perform front-end, API, and static design testing to evaluate functionality and appearance.
• Enhance testing processes by recommending improved techniques and tools.
• Create and update test documentation, such as reports and test case revisions.
• Support automation testing by enhancing existing tests and developing new ones based on project needs.

Required Skills:

• Experience: at least 2 years in software testing.
• Proficient in QA methodologies and testing processes in SDLC, Agile.
• Tools expertise: Postman, Insomnia, JMeter, Cypress.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic JavaScript for test scripting.
  • Git version control.
  • MySQL databases, ability to execute queries and validate data.
  • Back-End Testing encompassing RESTful APIs, database testing, and server-side logic validation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD Tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
