Marketing Assistant (Real Estate)

I’m originally from Ukraine but live and work in US since 2008.

I have Real Estate business where I am looking for a full-time, remote Marketing Assistant based in Ukraine to help build brand visibility and generate leads through digital marketing, SMM (social media marketing), and content creation.

Business is in its early stages — we don’t have a large social following or client base yet. Your mission will be to create attention and engagement using creative tools and smart outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using tools like Canva (or Ocoya or Predis.ai) and ChatGPT

• Support social media marketing (SMM) efforts to grow organic visibility and community engagement

• Promote ATXCasa within local Facebook groups and other online communities

• Research and experiment with other lead generation tactics: cold email outreach, local Facebook group engagement, and EDDM setup (Every Door Direct Mail — training provided)

• Help advertise open house hosting opportunities and build relationships with other agents

• As our presence grows, assist with SEO basics and explore running Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns

Requirements:

• Fluent or strong spoken English

• Experience or genuine interest in marketing, content creation, SMM and social media, or real estate branding

• Self-motivated, curious, and resourceful — you enjoy testing new tools and learning as you go

• Comfortable using tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Google Docs, and social platforms

• Access to a computer, monitor, and fast internet

Compensation:

• $500/month base salary

• Performance bonus: Additional $250 per every closed transaction that originates from your lead

• Full-time, work-from-home

• Legal contract (must be willing to open an LLC in Ukraine; current tax rate approx. 5%)
