QA Team Lead (iGaming)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers (planning, mentoring, performance reviews).
• Develop and implement QA strategies across projects and the organization.
• Organize and oversee all types of testing.
• Test games, including slot games and other types of iGaming content (web & mobile).
• Collaborate closely with development and GD to ensure product quality.
• Optimize QA processes and improve overall team efficiency.
• Participate in release cycles, manage risks, and ensure safe product deliveries.
• Provide regular reports on testing progress and product quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA.
• Minimum 2 years in a QA Team Lead position.
• Hands-on experience in iGaming or Game Development is a must.
• Strong understanding of slot game testing and games client-server architecture.
• Deep knowledge of software testing principles and SDLC.
• Experience in building and scaling QA teams.
• Experience in test automation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
