Graphic & Motion Designer

Codebridge is looking for a creative and versatile Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team. If you have a sharp eye for visual design, strong motion skills, and experience working on real-world projects, this role is for you. From brand identity and presentations to animated explainers and 3D visuals — you’ll be crafting visuals that stand out and tell compelling stories.

Responsibilities:

• Design visual assets including logos, brand identity systems, icons, infographics, 2D illustrations, PDFs, one-pagers, and marketing graphics
• Create 2D motion graphics — logo animations, explainer videos, UI/product animations
• Design and enhance presentations and pitch decks with a strong visual narrative
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive visual output
• Contribute to creative direction, ideas, and visual concepts across projects

Requirements:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in graphic and motion design
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated work
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Experience in brand identity, marketing design, and presentation decks
• Solid understanding of 2D animation principles and storytelling
• Experience with 3D design or animation in Blender or Spline will be an advantage
• Advanced English with the ability to communicate design ideas clearly
• Time management skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
