After Hours Dispatcher (USA)

We’re looking for an Afterhours Dispatcher who can be the calm, organized problem-solver when the rest of the world is winding down. If you’re great at communication, logistics, and staying cool under pressure—we want to hear from you.

Conditions

• 2/2 9 am — 9 pm EST time 1st shift 9 pm — 9 am EST time 2nd shift
• Salary: $700−800 plus bonuses
• Time Doctor

Responsibilities

• Responding to incoming calls and emails from drivers and clients about logistics, route changes, and operational issues
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cargo, equipment, or scheduling delays
• Coordinating with on-call dispatchers and management for timely problem-solving
• Monitoring tracking systems and updating real-time info for drivers and customers
• Maintaining accurate communication logs and records of all actions taken
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations after hours
• Providing outstanding customer service to strengthen relationships with drivers and clients

Requirements

• Prior experience in a U.S. trucking company is required
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Russian
• Ability to stay focused and multitask in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
