• Has 1+ years' experience in sourcing or recruitment

• Masters Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach techniques

• Thrives in a high-velocity environment and juggles priorities like a pro

• Communicates with clarity, empathy, and a dash of personality

• Commands Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or above
