we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to help ensure smooth and accurate financial operations within the company.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Oversee and record daily financial transactions

• Monitor fuel card usage and balances

• Upload loads to factoring platforms

• Review and verify settlement statements

• Categorize company expenses

• Collect necessary payroll documents from employees

• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations

🕒 Work Schedule: 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Ukrainian time)

✅ Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate or higher English level (especially for broker communication)

• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance

• Proficiency in Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accountability

• Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines

• High level of self-organization and decision-making skills
