📲 SMM Manager for Fortes Vision We’re looking for a strategic and creative SMM Manager to boost Fortes Vision’s brand visibility across social media — with viral content, strong visual identity, and deep awareness of architecture, design, and creative culture.

🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Developing and implementing a SMM strategy
• Planning and publishing content (Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Writing post captions in English (minimum B1 level)
• Managing the content calendar (approx. 12 posts/month)
• Running analytics and reporting insights
• Supporting the personal brand development of our CEO and partners in social media
• Coordinating with the designer to create visuals
• Using AI tools to optimize your workflow
• Supporting collaboration and partnership initiatives
• Having a basic understanding of targeted advertising (a bonus)

🎯 Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in SMM
• Knows how to create content people actually want to share
• Thinks like a strategist, acts like a producer, writes like a copywriter
• Has a strong visual sense and understands the architecture/design space
• Can collaborate closely with the designer, PR manager, and CEO
• Is comfortable with analytics, experimentation, and accountability

🧠 Bonus Points:

• Background in architecture, design, real estate, or creative industries
• Confident use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.
• Experience building social brands from scratch or scaling accounts

• Performance tracked via: reach, follower growth, content quality, and channel effectiveness
