Semi-Truck Dispatcher

Dispatcher Position — Remote (USA) Opportunity with Lemberg Group Inc.

Lemberg Group Inc., a stable transportation company with over 13 years of experience in the industry, located in USA is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team remotely. As a Remote Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily transportation activities from the comfort of your home. You will work closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and uphold our high standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily transportation activities.
• Booking the most profitable loads for trucks.
• Track and update the status of drivers and their respective trips.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle logistics documentation, including rate confirmations, proof of delivery, and other necessary paperwork.
• Proactively address operational issues and resolve them before escalation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations.
• Verify broker and customer information to ensure accuracy and reliability of the logistics process.
• Manage and resolve unexpected transportation challenges as they arise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of truck dispatching experience.
• Proficiency in English (Ukrainian and/or Russian is a plus).
• Knowledge of HOS/FMCSA regulations.
• Experience in truck booking and driver route planning.
• Ability to support and provide constructive feedback to drivers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, solution-oriented personality with the ability to make quick decisions independently.
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.

• Competitive pay based on percentage from gross revenue, paid weekly.
