Humphries Cabinets is a carpentry business in London that builds wardrobes, cupboards, and shelves in people’s houses.

I am offering this job to someone who is good at handling difficult situations with clients and has good English.

This is a remote, full-time, permanent position, but you must be okay to come to Kyiv sometimes, as some training sessions will take place there. We use the Hubbard Management System and provide ongoing training.

Your job is to speak to English clients on the phone: discuss designs, get their approval, schedule them, and collect payments. The job can be stressful sometimes because you will need to be pushy with clients to meet deadlines.

You will be doing a good amount of admin work, so you must be organised and efficient.

You must be:

• Good at dealing with people

• Able to speak English well because you will be speaking to clients and English staff (some of them speak fast)

• Very good with details

• Happy to do regular self-development and training sessions

It is a full-time, permanent job. You must be available full time.
