Customer support representative

Acies Transport LLC is a growing transportation company providing reliable freight solutions across the United States. We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Customer Support Agent to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, works well under pressure, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with drivers and clients to provide timely updates and customer service.
• Monitor active shipments and ensure smooth pick-up/delivery processes
• Resolve pick-up/delivery issues quickly and professionally
• Coordinate internally to keep operations running efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and update shipment information

Requirements:

• Strong English skills (spoken and written, Intermediate+ level)
• Confident PC user
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Gmail
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.

Experience in US logistics is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.

Schedule:

Full-time Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM

Work is office-based until 11:00 PM, with the final hours completed remotely. Schedule adjustments may be possible upon discussion.
