Seeking a candidate who wants to immerse themselves in the world of the U.S. commercial real estate market. This position is for someone who is not afraid to face challenges, wants to explore new things and learn from the best in the business. This job is fully remote and we are looking for a responsible and reliable person, who can potentially grow to be a Head of Property Acquisition department.

Responsibilities:

1) Looking for investment acquisitions

2) Dealing with financial analysis

3) Marketing of the existing commercial properties

4) Managing listings

5) Setting appointments for property tours

6) Coordinating leads with appropriate opportunities

Candidate Requirements:

1) Ability to work in the Chicago time zone from 9am till 5pm

2) Fluent spoken and written English

3) Multitasking and ability to meet deadlines

4) Systematization and structuring skills

5) Experience in the US market would be a big plus.

Hard Skills:

1) Fluency with Google services (Gmail, Drive, Excel and Word sheets)

2) Experience with US IP telephony

3) Working with checklists
