Опис вакансії
We are seeking a Sales Team Supervisor to lead and manage our remote field sales team. This is not a sales role — it’s a leadership and coordination position aimed at driving performance through structure, systems, and motivation. You will be the operational backbone for our door-to-door sales reps, ensuring discipline, accountability, and daily momentum.
Location: Remote (Must be able to work in New York Time Zone)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation:
- 1st Month: $1000
- 2nd Month: $1200
- 3rd Month: $1200 + KPI up to $1000
Work Schedule: Monday — Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM (New York Time) (3 PM — 12 AM Ukrainian Time)
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and support a team of door-to-door sales reps across multiple U.S. regions.
Execution Rhythm: Conduct daily check-ins, shift planning, task tracking, and weekly performance reviews.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent reporting and goal alignment.
Communication Hub: Serve as the liaison between field reps, marketing, dispatch, production, and leadership.
Accountability Systems: Enforce reporting and attendance routines, monitor task execution.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in workflows and sales support systems.
Reporting & Analytics: Compile and analyze daily/weekly team performance data via CRM and Google Sheets.
Onboarding & Training: Support new hire ramp-up, script mastery, and territory strategy alignment.
Team Development: Provide 1-on-1 coaching to improve field performance, communication, and confidence.
Team Spirit: Organize contests, meetings, and gamified challenges to foster motivation and unity.
Requirements
Team Management Experience: 1−2+ years leading sales, call center, or field operations teams.
Fluent English: C1+ level required.
Remote Coordination Skills: Proven success working with distributed teams in a structured, disciplined way.
Tech-Savvy: Confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace tools.
Strong Communication: Ability to inspire, give direct feedback, and maintain high standards.
Process-Oriented: Able to bring structure, clarity and order in dynamic people-driven environments.
Time Zone Availability: Must work full-time EST hours (8:00 AM — 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
