Project Manager Assistant

We are looking for a Project Manager Assistant to help coordinate and support roofing job operations. You will be assisting the Project Manager in organizing daily activities, scheduling labor and materials, and managing subcontractors across multiple active job sites.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (Must be able to work in New York Time Zone)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $500 per month

Work Schedule: Monday — Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM (New York Time) (3 PM — 12 AM Ukrainian Time)

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling labor and materials for roofing projects

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

• Help manage daily updates on active projects

• Support recruitment and onboarding of subcontractors and material suppliers

• Ensure subcontractors comply with company standards and timelines

• Prepare internal updates and assist with job tracking tools (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)

• Coordinate with internal departments and escalate project-related issues when needed

  Requirements

  • Experience in team coordination, operations, or project support

  • Intermediate English (B1)

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Strong command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail)

  • Able to work during EST hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM NY time

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable in a remote work environment
