Customer support representative

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure they have a positive experience with our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or phone.

• Provide accurate information about our products/services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Prior experience in a customer support or help desk role is a plus.

• Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with customer service tools and platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk).

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays (if applicable).
