Debt collection manager

Role overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Debt Collection Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates based in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and pursue commercial debt collections, ensuring timely recovery.

• Communicate professionally with debtors via calls and emails.

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements aligned with company policies.

• Coordinate with legal teams for debt recovery when needed.

• Track, report, and improve collection processes using Google Sheets/Excel and tools like Monday.com.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and experience working with clients is a plus.

• Intermediate proficiency in Google Spreadsheets or Excel; familiarity with Monday.com or similar tools is a bonus.

• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
