Business Development Manager (Pharma)

Atis Pharma — is a pharmaceutical company focused on selling medical brand and devices, disease prevention products in Ukraine, CIS countries and EU.

We are looking for Business Development Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Search and selection of international suppliers (pharmaceuticals and food supplements)
• Market analysis and forecasts
• P&L calculations
• Negotiation of the terms and conditions with suppliers
• Purchasing contract review and development

We expect:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in export-import purchasing contract negotiations
• Good spoken and written business English is compulsory (at least upper-intermediate)
• Experience in purchasing API or final pharmaceutical products will be an advantage
• Experience in negotiation of distribution or out-license agreements will be an advantage
• Strong attention to details
• Good skills in organizing, scheduling, planning and coordinating work with a high degree initiative and judgement, reliability and flexibility to perform variety of tasks and set priorities
• Result orientation — self-motivated individual able to set goals and priorities with good sense of time management and the ability to re-organize workload when faced with changing priorities
• Autonomy — experience of working independently and scheduling own work
