🧩 Your Role — Dispatcher (Remote)

You will be the voice and coordinator behind every successful cleaning visit — helping customers feel confident, informed, and cared for.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with U.S. clients via Google, Instagram, website, and Thumbtack

• Consult and sell services using pre-approved scripts (no cold calls)

• Schedule appointments, coordinate technician routes, manage calendars

• Enter and track tasks in the CRM system

• Monitor job status, follow up with clients after service

• Prepare reports on incoming requests, leads, and job completion

• Participate in improving scripts and service quality standards

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Ukrainian

• Confident spoken and written English

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching

• Proficient with CRM systems and office software tools

• Strong multitasking skills and stress resistance

• Customer-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow with the company

• Stable internet connection and a personal computer
