Job Description: We are seeking a Logistics Specialist with at least 2years of experience in LTL (Less-than-Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) freight shipping to manage and optimize logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, along with a proven track record of solving customer and carrier-related issues, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Quote, coordinate, manage, and optimize LTL and FTL shipments from origin to destination.
• Communicate effectively with customers and carriers to resolve any shipping-related issues.
• Track and manage shipment progress to ensure timely deliveries and minimize delays.
• Provide proactive updates to customers regarding shipment status, potential delays, or problems.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and resolve disputes or claims in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting of shipments.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications:

• At least 2years of experience in LTL and FTL freight shipping logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in handling customer and carrier-related problems efficiently.
• Proficient in logistics software, including TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and Excel.
• Knowledge of domestic (US) regulations, and shipping documentation.
