    Location: Remote (USA-based)

    Work Hours: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM CST (Chicago Time)

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand, and enhance our digital presence. This role blends strategic marketing, hands-on design, campaign execution, UI/UX optimization, and SEO. The ideal candidate will be both a thinker and a doer—capable of crafting compelling marketing materials and executing campaigns that deliver results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
    • Build and manage brand consistency across all touchpoints
    • Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and landing pages
    • Plan and launch marketing campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
    • Optimize website and campaign performance through UI/UX improvements
    • Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design
    • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, design, and campaign work
    • Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)
    • Solid knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
    • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-starter comfortable working in a fully remote environment

    Preferred:

    • Experience in B2B, tech, or SaaS industries
    • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
    • Basic HTML/CSS skills a plus
