«Oximio» is an essential link in the clinical study lifecycle, connecting pharmaceutical and R&D companies with patient communities of over 500 million people with a presence in the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, Western Asia and South Africa. We design supply chains and deliver patient and logistics services that contribute to medical research.

To make our Administrative Office more stronger we are looking for aadditional teammate for full-time position of Travel Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visa processing.
- Research and secure the most cost-effective and convenient travel options.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines.
- Assist employees with travel-related enquiries, changes, and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses.
- Communicate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers as needed.
- Research, book, and coordinate with conference venues for global company workshops.
- Regularly review vendor relationships to negotiate discounts and optimise travel and accommodation costs.
- During quiet periods with limited travel, provide ad-hoc administrative support to the EA to the CEO/SMT Support Manager as required.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or travel coordination role.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Higher education

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
- A proactive and customer-service-oriented mindset.
Must be trustworthy and capable of handling confidential company and employee information, including the responsible use of corporate credit cards
