Tecnica Group Ukraine, LLC

The international company Tecnica Group launched production in the city Beregovo for sewing the inner insert in ski boots; 120−140 employees. We are looking for employes in Mukachevo, Uzhhorod, Vynogradovo and nearby settlements

The tasks of the position include:

• Supporting development projects involving different units of the factory using the Lean approach
• Monitoring processes in the Gemba
• Identifying losses
• Monitoring performance indicators, analyzing deviations
• Making observations, measurements, drawing conclusions
• Making proposals for development, managing their implementation
• Active participation in trainings
• Supporting fellow departments in development projects

Job requirements:

• Relevant Lean fundamentals acquired through practical and/or academic work
• Analytical mindset
• Problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization (direct, indirect)
• Intermediate English language skills
