Technical Support Specialist with SEO, Social Media Skills

We are an international company in the online entertainment industry, providing innovative services to users worldwide. We’re looking for a full-time Technical Support Specialist with basic SEO and social media knowledge to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users via email, chat, and social media.

• Assist with basic troubleshooting and escalate advanced issues as needed.

• Communicate with other websites to offer and promote our services.

• Post and engage in relevant social media groups (Facebook, Telegram, etc.) to build awareness and drive traffic.

• Support simple SEO tasks such as backlink outreach or keyword reviews.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and group posting.

• Fluent in English and Russian — reading, writing, and speaking are a must.

• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
