QA manager

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 3 years of experience who shares our enthusiasm for taking on today’s toughest technology challenges to join our dedicated team.

AperoSolution is a modern SaaS-based Human Resource Management (HRM) solution that allows companies to optimize their business and create high-level employee experience. From recruitment, onboarding or time tracking, we create and provide the best HR software for businesses.

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 3 years of experience who shares our enthusiasm for taking on today’s toughest technology challenges to join our dedicated team.

Position requirements:

• At least Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)

• Understanding of the software development process

• Practical experience in Manual testing

• Analytical mindset and logical thinking

• Advanced communication skills

• Ability and desire to work in a team and learn quickly

• Positive, pro-active and self-motivated

• Result-orientation and attention to details

• JIRA/Confluence knowledge

• Experience in Scrum, Kanban

Education and experience:

• University degree or student of senior grades (4+) specialization in cybernetics, finances, accounting or economics, IT etc.

• IT experience 3 years

Main responsibilities:

• Documenting products with User Stories, use cases etc

• Creating project documentation and other materials

• Manual testing

• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements

• Test cases and bug reports creation

• Support and cooperate with team

Nice to have basic knowledge of:

• SQL

• UI/UX
