Требования:

Experience in visa processing (tourist/student/work/immigration) OR legal/paralegal work

• Must speak and write English fluently
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability
• Able to follow instructions without needing micromanagement
• Bonus if you have experience with:
• USCIS forms and terminology
• Google Docs, Gmail, Google Drive
• PDF editing and formatting tools
• WhatsApp support/chat
• Docketwise or similar CRM
• Grammarly and ChatGPT (training provided)

Full-time, long-term position in a growing U.S.-based company

• Monthly salary based on your experience:

$6.00-$25.00/hour

• Paid monthly via Wise or Payoneer
• Performance-based bonuses for 10+ processed cases/month

Обязанности:

Prepare USCIS forms (I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, DS-260, I-134A, etc.)

• Review intake forms and clarify missing or unclear information
• Format and organize documents, including Cover Letters and Exhibits
• Work in Google Drive and Docketwise to structure and manage client files
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and email
• Follow clear internal checklists and processes
• Coordinate daily with the lead and provide status updates

Schedule

• Full-time (8 hours/day), Monday to Friday
• Required live availability:

3:00 PM — 7:00 PM Ukrainian time

(8:00 AM — 12:00 PM Eastern Time)

• Remaining hours are flexible: you will work independently on forms, documents, and contracts
• We understand the realities of working from Ukraine — power outages and safety first. We’re flexible and realistic.
• Remote-only for now; optional hybrid format in future if safe
