🔍 Your Role Will Include:

• • 🔹 Recruiting qualified CDL drivers in full compliance with DOT regulations
• • 🔹 Not just posting jobs — but actively sourcing candidates using modern tools:
• • 🔹Social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
• • 🔹Cold outreach, referrals, job boards, communities
• • 🔹 Designing and running recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality drivers
• • 🔹 Conducting interviews and applicant screening
• • 🔹 Collecting documents and ensuring driver qualification files are complete
• • 🔹 Signing contracts and onboarding drivers
• • 🔹 Providing clear communication and ongoing support to drivers
• • 🔹 Addressing and resolving driver concerns with professionalism
• • 🔹 Acting as a PR voice for the company — building a strong driver-first brand
• • 🔹 Coordinating with dispatch and operations to align hiring with business needs
