Accounting Bookkeeper (USA)

Frontline Express Inc. is a U.S.-based logistics and dry van trucking company dedicated to reliable and efficient freight movement. We’re expanding our accounting team and are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Accounting Assistant to support our accounts payable operations.

Conditions: Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am — 5 pm EST Salary: $700−800 Type of employment: B2B

Responsibilities

• Review and enter vendor invoices (fuel, repairs, insurance, leasing, etc.)
• Process payments via ACH, credit card, or check
• Reconcile vendor and fuel card statements
• Maintain organized financial records in cloud storage
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment issues
• Using Time Doctor is a mandatory

Requirements

• 1−2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Good attention to detail and communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
