The Groupe Atlantic is looking for International Certification and Benchmarking Engineer.

Groupe Atlantic is an international company founded in 1968 with over 12000 employees, a turnover of 2,8 billion euros, 33 industrial plants and a constant international development.

Responsibilities:

• Certify production of Home appliances for various markets.

• Analyze updates in standards and regulations; assess impact on products.

• Validate product changes from a certification perspective.

• Support R&D with test recommendations and regulatory requirements.

• Organize and perform necessary tests (in-house or external).

• Review external lab reports and guide project teams accordingly.

• Compile technical documentation for certification across target markets.

• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and collaborate with certification teams in other regions.

• Participate in product benchmarking activities.

Requirements:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years in certification of home appliance manufacturing

• Experience working with notified bodies (e.g., TUV, Intertek) or manufacturers of home appliances

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Certification processes for home appliances

• Understanding of Ukrainian, European, and international standards and regulations

• Familiarity with electrical appliance safety and energy efficiency requirements

• Communication with local and international notified bodies

• Creating and comparing Bills of Materials (BOM)

Desired Experience:

• Benchmarking and competitor analysis

• Certification of water heaters and heating appliances

• Knowledge of project management methods

Languages:

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• French (optional)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
