Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement optimization strategies.
• Ensure achievement of savings targets for clients.
• Manage procurement projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Communicate with key client stakeholders, ensuring transparency in procurement processes.
• Establish and monitor KPI systems for team and project performance evaluation.

Main Duties:

1. Develop project business plans and strategies to achieve procurement goals.
2. Manage procurement activities, including planning, tendering, contract and orders management.
3. Analyze procurement categories and develop category strategies.
4. Set up project key performance metrics and reporting and lead montly performance review sessions.
5. Identify additional cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
6. Lead key negotiations with suppliers.
7. Ensure compliance with internal and external procurement regulations.
8. Build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationshipsand effeciently collaborate to ensure the project goals and objectives are delivered.
9. Build the team, structure and development roadmaps to enhance the culture, high moral and motivation to work.
10. Execute other tasks and provide support related to the improvements of purchasing function performance as may be requested by the client during the assignment.

Requirements:

• 5−10 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of strategic and operational procurement processes.
• Proven track record in procurement optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
• Team management experience, including remote teams.
• Knowledge of procurement standards and methodologies (SRM, TCO, tendering procedures, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP/SCM systems.
• English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Business trips within Ukraine up to 20% of the time.

Preferred:

• Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPM, ISM, etc.).
• Project managment certifications.
